Dear Senator,
Why is the ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms agency), providing guns to Mexican crime cartels?
I've been reading about how the ATF, under the control of the US Presidency, has been helping to provide military grade guns to the violent Mexican crime cartels, who are importing the vast majority of America's illegal aliens, cocaine, and methamphetamine. Dubbed operations 'Gun Runner' and 'Fast and Furious,' elite weapons such as AK-47 Assault rifles and Barret .50 caliber sniper rifles were allowed to pass freely into Mexico, while the Obama administration called for a crack down on American gun sales.
The Executive Branch of the federal government has been caught lying about border security, leaving our borders wide open during a time of war, failing to protect states from invasion as required by the US Constitution, and now providing military grade arms to the invaders. I want Congress to use all possible remedies including investigations, prosecutions, impeachments, and possible charges of treason to put a stop to this.
The evidence suggests that the American government has been corrupted and compromised on a grand scale regarding the importation of drugs and illegals into America. Military tribunals may be needed since those responsible for this betrayal have been arming paramilitary groups with military grade weapons to invade America during a time of war.
Agents are telling the media that this operation was approved by the Department of Justice under Eric Holder. President Obama is denying that he knew anything about the American government sanctioned shipments of large amounts of arms to the drug cartel insurgents.
I simply don't buy the ATF's unbelievable claim that the guns were allowed into Mexico to "gather intelligence" on drug cartels.
The elite organized crime syndicates receiving the American sold weapons, compliments of the American ATF, are responsible for murdering tens of thousands of Mexican citizens in the last few years.
Thousands of innocent American citizens are being killed by these gangs and their illegal alien cargo each year!
Tens of thousands of Americans, predominantly young adults and children, are becoming addicted to and succumbing to the chemical weapons of mass destruction deployed by these groups in the form of cocaine and methamphetamine.
I'm appalled that the Obama administration has order our Border Patrol agents to fire "bean bag rounds" while arming the smugglers with fifty caliber rifles.
Liberals have done all in their power to support illegal immigrants over the wishes and interests of American citizens for the last ten years, which has led to massive job and community instability and an unprecedented shift in US Census counts.
Senator, we Absolutely MUST hold accountable the ATF, Eric Holder, and Obama himself in this "Gun Runner" operation...!

Enforce the Law for Sanctuary Cities Act
Dear Randy,
Sanctuary policies that force public officials, including police, to turn a blind eye to illegal immigration are an incentive for additional illegal immigration. Furthermore, sanctuary policies violate federal law.
Section 642 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA) provides that "[s]tates and localities may not adopt policies, formally or informally, that prohibit employees from communicating with DHS regarding the immigration status of individuals."
It is outrageous that some cities and counties maintain policies that forbid officials from asking about a person's immigration status or informing federal immigration authorities about the presence of illegal aliens.
These policies are dangerous and promote a sense of lawlessness. If illegal aliens are not afraid of arrest or deportation then they are free to take American jobs. With 22 million Americans unable to find a job, I hope you understand the necessity of eliminating sanctuary cities.

Stop Harry Reid's DREAM Act Amnesty
Dear Senator,
Senator Harry Reid has announced that he will add the DREAM Act Amnesty to the upcoming Department of Defense spending bill and Senator Bob Menendez announced that he will introduce a major immigration reform bill in this Congress.
We have a serious Amnesty threat with the DREAM Act giving citizenship to over 2.1 Million illegal students and young adults followed by a massive Comprehensive Immigration Reform threat that would cover over 11 Million illegal aliens.
The media spin on the DREAM Act is false and misleading. This amnesty is NOT limited to high school valedictorians and other high-achieving college students who were brought to the U.S. illegally when they were toddlers.
The amnesty includes illegal aliens up to age 35!
And their arrival can be as late as age 15!
The bill is a giant fraud loophole. People can claim the amnesty without providing proof of meeting criteria.
Even the supporters of the DREAM Act Amnesty admit that around 2.1 Million people could qualify.
The DREAM Act does nothing to stop the behavior that put teenagers into their situation. It leaves the jobs magnet in place.
This amnesty has no enforcement measures at all. It allows employers to continue to hire illegal aliens, enticing millions more parents to bring their children here illegally and stay long enough for them to become high school students and demand another amnesty in a few years.
The DREAM Act leaves intact the chain migration system that will allow these 2.1 million illegal aliens to eventually send for millions more relatives.
Rather quickly, the amnestied illegal aliens would be able to get green cards for their parents. And millions of additional relatives would be able to start planning their applications and getting in line. This starts with adult siblings and moves on to aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.
A large percentage of the illegal aliens in the U.S. today are extended family members of the illegal aliens who got amnesty in 1986 and also those in the six more-limited amnesties in the 1990s.
Senator, it’s vitally important to America that we STOP the DREAM Act Amnesty now, and stop Harry Reid in November.

Southern Baptists should say NO to amnesty...!

Dear Executive Director Everett,
I am very disappointed with Dr. Richard Land, the president of the Southern Baptist Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission. Dr. Land has repeatedly voiced his support for an amnesty or "pathway towards citizenship" for illegal aliens. As a Southern Baptist, I believe this goes against the tenants of our church and I urge you to oppose any pro-amnesty resolution at the SBC's annual meeting.
This evolving pro-amnesty Southern Baptist immigration position abandons concerns for the 25 million Americans looking for a full-time job who can't find one. Supporters of legalization show their preference for 7 million non-agricultural illegal foreign workers over the needs of the 25 million unemployed Americans and their families.
Support for "comprehensive immigration reform" abandons the Black and Hispanic Americans who suffer under unemployment rates far higher than the horrible national average. It pays no attention to how the rush to reward illegal aliens (and the companies that hire them) would affect "the least of these" who are our fellow citizens.
As a Southern Baptist, I do not believe the church should be supporting the interests of those who have broken America's laws -- both illegal aliens and unscrupulous companies -- over America's less fortunate. Any amnesty for illegal aliens is just plain wrong; it's as simple as that.
