Dear Mr. President,
I'm absolutely outraged that the Governor of North Carolina would physically stike a Tea Party supporter...!
I refer to this:
On Tuesday June 8, the North Carolina Tea Party Patriots held a protest against government bailouts in front of Rep. Mel Watt's (D-N.C.) Greensboro office. During the protest a raging leftist goon, Governor Spencer, turned out, disrupted the protest, confronted the patriots, argued with them and then... He started throwing punches!
The whole thing was caught on tape.

The raging goon, Governor Spencer, slugged Nathan Tabor, a business owner and head of the Forsyth County Republican Party and a former candidate for senator.
Mr. Tabor was punched in the face in front of his wife and screaming 5 year old daughter (heard in the video). He went to the magistrate's office with police and a white magistrate issued an arrest warrant for Governor Spencer.
A black magistrate rescinded the arrest warrant and issued summons to appear in court to both Governor Spencer and Nathan Tabor despite the fact the responding officer testified he had seen the videos and that Mr. Tabor had committed no assault. The magistrates refused to view the videos.
Governor Spencer is a union organizer, a socialist and a black liberation activist. Spencer led the Greensboro K-Mart protests of 1995 and mobilized families, communities, and the Pulpit Forum of Greensboro, a coalition of progressive clergy, to commit acts of civil disobedience.
I am reminded of statements YOU have made publicly:
Obama: “They Bring a Knife…We Bring a Gun”
Obama to His Followers: “Get in Their Faces!”
Obama on ACORN Mobs: “I don’t want to quell anger. I think people are right to be angry! I’m angry!”
Obama To His Mercenary Army: “Hit Back Twice As Hard”
Obama to BP: “We talk to these folks… So I know whose a$$ to kick.”
Now it’s playing out on the streets.
Mr. President,
The punch to Nathan Tabor's face in front of his wife and crying child was an assault on all Americans that value free speech and freedom to assemble.
I demand that YOU publicly speak out against this violence conducted by one of your supporters.
I want you to direct the US Justice Department to file charges against Governor Spencer for violating Mr. Tabor's civil rights and violating the civil rights of all Tea Party supporters and Americans that wish to speak out against the President without fear of violent reprisals.
I call for Gov. Spencer's resignation. He is a disgrace to the Governors of the other 49 states.
I challenge you to hold Gov. Spencer to a high standard of conduct generally attributed to an elected State Official.
I will not accept an invitation to a "beer summit"with you, Spencer, and Tabor.
Sincerely,
Dr. Chris Albritton
Abilene, TX
